🎥 Unboxing Video Required

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests.

Please record a complete unboxing video from the beginning before opening the package.

The package and product condition should be clearly visible in the video.

Return, refund, or exchange requests will not be approved without a valid unboxing video.

After we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it carefully to make sure it meets our return conditions.
